The annual medical checkup for the academic year 2024-25, covering students from classes 1 to 12, was conducted on 10 January 2025.
The School of The Good Shepherd has been honoured with the prestigious Haritha Vidyalayam title, earning an A-grade certificate.
The certificate was presented by Mr. C Asok Chellappan,Trivandrum District Coordinator of Haritha Keralam Mission to our dedicated Manager Mrs. Usha Mathew.
The Reading Nook was inaugurated on 4th February 2025 by Mrs. Archana Gopinath, a Project Manager, Social Entrepreneur, Founder of The Reading Room Thiruvananthapuram, and TEDx Speaker, fostering a vibrant reading culture.

The School at Lakeside Akkulam, Trivandrum is situated on a panoramic hill slope by the side of the Akkulam Lake, a beauty spot with in the city limits and just a kilometer away from the famous children’s Park at Akkulam and from the Kazhakoottam – Kovalam bypass Road.
The foundation stone for The School Of The Good Shepherd was laid at Lakeside, Akkulam on 19 May, 2005. Construction was completed by November and Classes I to VI were shifted to this present locale on 23 Nov 2005.- Read More

Team SGS Shines Bright at LaFest 2024!
We are delighted to announce that The School of the Good Shepherd captured the hearts and spotlight at LaFest 2024, the prestigious arts festival hosted by Loyola School on July 6, 2024.
Amidst fierce competition from 14 schools, we emerged triumphant, securing the coveted overall championship.
