RESULTS 2025 - 26

Athleta 2026, the 22nd Annual Athletic Meet, was declared open by Shri Deepak Dhankar, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, on 18 September 2026 at the University Stadium, where students competed with enthusiasm and true sportsman spirit.

Our basketball team secured the Runners-Up position at the South Zone Sahodaya Complex Basketball Competition, hosted by Navajeevan School on 18 & 19 September 2026.

Team KAISEN from The School of the Good Shepherd secured Third Prize at the Made in 3D – Seed The Future Entrepreneurs National Level Competition, organised by Dassault Systèmes La Fondation in collaboration with NITI Aayog and Atal Innovation Mission, after being shortlisted among the Top 10 schools from over 210 schools across India and presenting their project in Pune on 27 June 2026.

As the first team from Kerala to achieve a podium finish in the prestigious competition, KAISEN won prizes worth ₹55,000 for KEEPRKIT, a smart beehive featuring an innovative honey-extraction system and real-time hive monitoring to promote efficient and sustainable beekeeping.

On 5 August 2026, The School of the Good Shepherd was privileged to host celebrated NASA astronaut Dr. Don Thomas for an inspiring Meet & Greet session that sparked curiosity, encouraged scientific exploration, and inspired students to dream big and reach for the stars.

We emerged as the Overall Champions at the South Zone Sahodaya Badminton Tournament, held on 18 July 2026 at Green Field stadium ,showcasing outstanding sporting prowess with an impressive haul of 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medals across various age categories and events.

The School of The Good Shepherd

The School of The Good Shepherd, affiliated to The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE-Affiliation No. 930703) was started at Nalumukku, Pettah Trivandrum in 2002 as a co-education school attached to the Good Shepherd Kindergarten.
The School at Lakeside Akkulam, Trivandrum is situated on a panoramic hill slope by the side of the Akkulam Lake, a beauty spot with in the city limits and just a kilometer away from the famous children’s Park at Akkulam and from the Kazhakoottam – Kovalam bypass Road.
The foundation stone for The School Of The Good Shepherd was laid at Lakeside, Akkulam on 19 May, 2005. Construction was completed by November and Classes I to VI were shifted to this present locale on 23 Nov 2005.- Read More
